  • General Policy
    At Food Security SummitX 2025, we strive to provide attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors with the best possible experience. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring changes to your registration. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, transfers, or credits may be issued.
  • Refund Eligibility

    A. Attendee Registrations

    • - Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before 7 days of registration, will receive a 100% refund (excluding processing fees).
    • - Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 days of registration, and 45 days before registration, will receive a 50% refund.
    • - No Refund: Cancellations made on or after 30 days before summit, are non-refundable.

    B. Sponsorships & Exhibitors

    • - Sponsorship and exhibitor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the sponsorship contract.
    • - If the event is postponed, sponsorships/exhibitor fees may be transferred to the rescheduled date.

    C. Ticket Transfers

    • - If you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual at no additional cost by notifying us via email at [email protected] before April 15, 2025.
  • Event Cancellation or Postponement
    • - If Food Security SummitX 2025 is canceled by the organizers, registered attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, award nominees, etc. will receive a full refund (excluding processing fees).
    • - If the event is postponed, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new date. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Force Majeure

    In the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the organizers reserve the right to reschedule or modify the event format. Refund requests will be reviewed based on the situation.

  • Refund Request Process
    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request – Food Security SummitX 2025”.
    • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval.
  • Security of Your Information

    We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no security system is completely foolproof, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
